The Serial Ganer Opare has of late become an instrument to humiliate Tagore.............His songs which inspired the you generation at the beginning of the serial are no longer heard...............the song Gora sang yesterday written by the Director himself is an open insult and affront to Tagore..................they must seek a public apology for carrying out such ant-Tagore tirade through a pubic medium.............. even if the Ganer Opare Team wants to project Love or ‘Prem’ is the ultimate winner there is nothing wrong in that.............but to show that there is no justification of denouncing Tagore...............I need not remind them that Tagore himself was the greatest votary of sublime love and relationships.............However I am confident that Tagore is too great a persona and any attempt by these Ganer Opare mortals to make some quick bucks through such serials would not make any lasting impact on the Bengali culture.................I only pity for the Ganer Opare Team for their shallowness of mind and hollowed intellect...............lastly a word for Pupe for whom there is no respite from sobbing..............she continues to sob, sob and sob.
