* Bijon Das: If I am not wrong this serial is to show respect towards Rabindranath Tagore on his 150 th birth anniversary year. Is this the way to give shraddhanjali to this man????????

Its a request to Star jalsha..don't stop it !! we can and we will stop watching star jalsha if this serial is stopped.

* Subhajit Chatterjee: It's one of most novel kind of soaps i hav evr watchd..even bein a college student i do follow dis soap coming back home,wid my mom,the concept is very fresh.I gues the thing is that we the young generation are givin tribute to GURUDEV in our very different way...if the elder section of society don't get it..its their problem...i am in full favour of continuation of this soap.

* Subhashis Biswas: Ganer Opare cannot end like this. If you end it like this, that means Rabindranath Tagore is also a business commodity to you. You are playing with millions of people's emotion who love tagore and his works. Then why bother to say"Star Jalsar Anjali'?..this is the anjali you give?..We request that the serial should complete its proposed 52 weeks as planned before.

* Shaswati Majumder: i  don't want Ganer Opare to stop suddenly. Vison rag hacche ato sundon. cultured akta program bondho karte balar janyo. kara karte chaiche janina. tara ki bujhte paarchena ei serial ta lakhyo manush ke tv r samne basate pereche.

* Indraneel Mukherjee: A little surprised to hear of low TRPs. Atleast I have seen that this serial isextremely popular in our locality and in other localities where some of my relatives lived. Infact I thought it had the best TRP. Anyways the serial so far has some content and relevance. One of the few to have so. Would request the concerned authorities to keep the channel on air for some more time...may be a bit more marketing would push up the TRP as the content is good.

* Kasturi Banerjee: I am not an avid lover of serials. Don't think it is worth spending so much time on them. But since the time Ganer Opare is coming, I have started watching it. I look forward to watch it everyday...after a whole day of hectic work...my only source of entertainment. PLEASE STAR JALSHA, DON'T STOP GANER OPARE. IT IS SUCH A RICH SERIAL. SO THOUGHTFUL...SO WELL DIRECTED...SUCH WONDERFUL ACTING BY ALL THE ACTORS. IT IS SUCH A GREAT INITIATIVE. PLEASE ALLOW IT TO CONTINUE. IT WOULD BE STAR JALSHA'S GREAT CONTRIBUTION TO THE HISTORY OF BANGLA SERIALS.

* Sourav Banerjee: Art is not commensurate with the term of money.Ganer Opare is different from all other daily soap. Plz save it.

* Ankit Bera: Ganer Opare has made modern bengali youth sit before the TV and watch a bengali serial, which is as good as those foreign sitcoms. Any man/woman with a good taste would say that Ganer Opare is a visual treat, a humble relief from the other Mom-Daughter-in-Law sagas. You cant trash a serial just like that.

* Trina Dutta: Ganer opare is a wonderful serial, a source of inspiration for learning more about rabindranath tagore, atleast for me. I watch this serial religiously without missing a single episode. According to me its the only proper watchable serial in star jalsa due to its awesome script and spell bound acting of all the stars. To be very frank, I used to watch star jalsa's other serials like ma, ogo bodhu sundari etc.. but to my disappointment they have become too pathetic to be watched anymore, however ganer opare is the only serial which has actually kept me watching the channel star jalsa.. and if this serial is discontinued to be telecasted..I shall definately have to remove the channel permanently from my channel list in my TV. sorry for this rudeness.. but this is the fact. Hence I shall request the channel please dont discontinue the serial as it has almost become a part of my regular life. Thank you.
