Ganer Opare is dishing out abysmal fair day after day – most shocking and deplorable indeed. How can a Bengali Serial studded with ‘Who’s Who’ in Bengali Cinema can stoop so low – show the kind of absurdities so difficult to digest. It’s an affront to Bengali Intelligentsia –an insult to Tagore as the serial boasts of propagating Tagore’s Idealism into current generation.

Pupe is exploiting the naivety of Deep for her personal gains – Chnandroday Deb who has been a towering personality so far has now been turned into a villain unable to read the mind of Pupe breaking promises at will. Thammi is playing a ridiculous role of a cunning old lady responsible for creating the fiasco by not disclosing the truth in time. Everything has become topsy-turvy having no linkages to reality. What is being shown now is a series of bizarre events -a travesty to truth and humanity – enbyough to spoil the gullible minds of the young by sending all wrong signals of love and passion.
This kind of absurd theatre can’t go on unopposed in a public communication media the Star Jalsa. The sooner such theatre of the absurd is stopped it is better for those who love and adore our culture
i second u,.. thy r just portraying evrythng like a bollywood masala bogus,... i sed,similiar to "hum dil je chuke sanam",like salan khans character gora is very funny,entertaining,talented singer,prodipto is lk ajay devgan,caring,calm n understandung 4rm a gud family, pupe like aishwarys rai,rebellious n spontenious,beautiful,..i am planning 2 stop watching this remake..... i expectd sumthng new 4rm rituporno ghosh,... its a compleate let down,..
